We are seeking an Asset Surveyor who is passionate about customer service, enthusiastic, collaborative, and has a strong professional outlook and focuses on ensuring Investment Programmes are completed on time, and to the required standard. You will also have strong commercial and financial awareness, be passionate about the Built Environment, possess the necessary drive and skill set and be fully conversant with Building Pathology.
The successful candidate is key in helping shape the delivery of the service, they will have experience of working within the sector, delivering Investment Programmes and be aware of the challenges, and rewards it can present. You must be a team player and have the creatively to overcome problems.
Key responsibilities will include:
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential, and you’ll need to demonstrate a real passion to provide excellent customer service.
