Tenant Services owns and manages over 5000 homes across Stroud District, the team was shortlisted for “The Best Local Authority or Social Housing Retrofit Programme” and highly commended for their efforts in retrofitting our housing stock which supports sustainable and energy efficient homes.
We are seeking an Asset and Sustainability Manager to join the team who will lead on the delivery of Investment programmes including our retrofit programme. You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, a strong professional outlook and focus on ensuring Investment Programmes are completed on time, and to the required standard. You will also have strong management skills, commercial and financial awareness, be passionate about the Built Environment, possess the necessary drive and skill set and be fully conversant with Building Pathology.
The successful candidate is key in helping shape the delivery of the service, they will have experience of working within the sector, managing Investment Programmes and be aware of the challenges, and rewards it can present. You must be a team player and have the creatively and leadership skills to overcome problems.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential, and you’ll need to demonstrate a real passion to provide excellent customer service.
