The Stroud district offers a special place to live and work. At Stroud District Council, sustainability is at the heart of our ambitions for our place, our communities, and our council. We are committed to delivering high-quality, energy efficient affordable homes to meet the needs of our communities across the district. In recognition of our high standards, the New Homes & Regeneration team were finalists in this year’s “Unlock Net Zero Live Awards” in the category of “Building/Development of the Year – Housing Association/Local Authority”.
The sites in the programme are often complex and challenging, so we are seeking an experienced Project Manager with drive and passion to support our New Homes & Regeneration Manager with the delivery of the current and future New Homes Programme. Do you have previous development experience having delivered a mix of development and regeneration sites. Have you the ability to lead the delivery of suitable sites, managing all aspects of the project from initial design and financial appraisal through to practical completion and site handover. If so, we would love to hear from you. Applications will also be considered from people who can demonstrate that they have the relevant skills, as detailed in the person specification, in a related field. There is a strong focus on working together as a team to achieve targets and therefore you must be a team player.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
For an informal discussion, please contact Kimberley Read, New Homes & Regeneration Manager [email protected]
***Candidates will be interviewed as and when suitable applications are received, short listed and matching the criteria for interview - if the position is filled prior to the closing date then it will close early***
