A unique opportunity has arisen within our skilled Property Care Team for a Multi-Trade Operative.
Tenant Services owns and manages over 5000 homes across Stroud District. The Property Care Team provides repairs and maintenance services to our customers, enabling them to live in safe, compliant and well maintained properties.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, who is organised and has an attention to detail, is adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
About the role
As a member of the Property Care Team you will carry out all forms of general maintenance works such as damp and mould treatment, wall and floor tiling, glazing; minor joinery works e.g. gates, fences, fitting notice boards, painting and grounds maintenance. Identify the extent and scope of the reported defect/s, rectify in order to meet work schedules or alternatively seek the appropriate authorisation for suitable remedial action to occur. You will also have the opportunity to provide our out of hours service and occasional overtime working.
About you
You will have proven experience of providing a similar role within the construction and maintenance industry.

We are particularly interested in applicants who have experience of working within a local authority or social housing environment. You will also need to demonstrate a real passion to provide excellent customer service.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
