The successful candidate will provide an efficient and effective customer experience, resolving queries at the first point of contact via various channels including, telephone, in person, email, letter and online.
Our dedicated Customer Contact Centre offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a team delivering high quality services by engaging with our residents, partners, and staff.
