An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Property Care Team for a Maintenance & Voids Team Leader.
Tenant Services owns and manages over 5000 homes across Stroud District. The Property Care Team provides repairs and maintenance services to our customers, enabling them to live in safe, compliant and well maintained properties.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, who is organised and has an attention to detail, is adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
About the role
As a member of the Property Care Team you will lead a maintenance team undertaking a variety of property repairs. Ensure the efficient delivery of the responsive repairs, ensuring that it is well-organised, customer focussed and cost effective and that a quality product is delivered. In line with performance targets and service standards, monitor performance and continuously improve service delivery. You will also be able identify the extent and scope of the reported defect/s, and produce work schedules for remedial works.
About you
You will have proven experience of providing a similar role within the construction and maintenance industry.
