We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Housing Quality Assurance Administrator who will bring a positive energy to the team. We are seeking an experienced administrator who is highly IT literate, with strong attention to detail.
About the role
As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the back-office housing IT solutions and functions within Tenant Services, including:

You’ll need to be a team player who is reliable, confident and motivated, and who will bring a bubbly and vibrant energy to the team. Excellent communication and organisational skills are key, as well as working to a high degree of accuracy. The ability to be flexible and work under pressure is also important.
An understanding of social housing and experience of working with systems would be advantageous.
