This is a rewarding time to join Stroud District Council as a Tenant Engagement Officer. Engaging with our residents has never been more important and this role will play a crucial part in ensuring our residents are at the heart of our landlord service to ensure that we are delivering services that tenants want and offering value for money.
In this role you will work with our communities, partners, and our internal colleagues to deliver an exceptional tenant engagement service. You will be responsible for tenant scrutiny, improving tenants perception and working with tenants to ensure their voice is heard and our services meet their needs.
Our service is a forward thinking, dedicated and the team you’ll be joining work exceptionally well together, whilst providing a wide range of services within our communities. You will play a significant role and will be a crucial member of the team delivering positive outcomes to our tenants.
This role has become available following a review of the housing service provision, a restructure has been successfully concluded to ensure sufficient resources are available to deliver on our priorities, add resilience and enhance our service offer, whilst ensuring staff welfare is at the heart of our service.
