A vacancy has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst to join our busy ICT team. It is an exciting time to join the organisation as ICT are supporting several major infrastructure projects that will support our modernisation and re-design plan.
About the roleThe Service Desk Analyst role will support the team in delivering essential projects, organisational modernisation and it will also provide support to staff within the organisation with troubleshooting IT related issues.
We are looking for that exceptional individual who can work as part of a technology support service in line with our organisational requirements.
This role is starting at a Stroud 3 £26,421 rising to a Stroud 4 £31,364 subject to development within the role.
About youWe're looking for someone who has experience in working in an IT environment across a number of different services or departments and is able to build and maintain rapport with internal customers at ease, you will also have:
